Comprehensive Consulting Program
This program begins with the creation of a professional
vision statement, practice goals, and a comprehensive action plan. Dr. Perry then guides the doctor and team through the process of
implementing the action plan and achieving the practice goals in a manner that minimizes stress and creates additional revenue in the
practice — allowing the consulting program to pay for itself.
Comprehensive consulting is customized for each individual client. Each program is 6 to 24 month process that includes meetings
between Dr. Perry and the doctor and/or team, doctor only meetings with other clients in session with Dr. Perry, access to all Momentum
courses, the opportunity for team members to observe in Dr. Perry's practice, and telephone support from Dr. Perry and his staff for
the doctor and team.
Quality and Profitability in the Hygiene Department
This program is grounded in the ideas that today's clinicians should be working safer and smarter (not harder) and the economic
principle that hygiene departments should be producing 30 to 40% of a practice's revenue. Beginning with an historical perspective,
this program starts with a description of the economic realities of running a dental hygiene department including effects on practice
overhead and fees for hygiene procedures. It includes a presentation of current technologies and treatment modalities, an effective
methodology for periodontal examination and case presentation, and clear strategies for dealing with insurance claims. Clear goals
and an updated action plan are developed at the end of each day.
The hygiene program is a 6 month program which includes a preliminary telephone interview, three doctor/team meetings (1/2 day each),
the opportunity for team members to observe in Dr. Perry's practice, and telephone support from Dr. Perry and his staff for the doctor
and team.
Insurance Independence
A program focused specifically on safe transitions out of direct contracts with insurance companies such as Delta Dental.
The program includes a comprehensive assessment of the practice financial status and position in the marketplace. A safe action
plan for a transition out of insurance contracts is then created and implemented followed by guidance in how to retain effected
patients and deal with insurance companies after the change occurs.
