Leadership Seminar

To thrive in today's marketplace, dentists need to move away from the authoritarian and "family" models that have dominated private practice in recent decades. In the current business and legal environment, leadership by facilitation is a much more effective strategy. The Momentum Leadership Seminar is two days of intense training that teaches owner/dentists how to work effectively with employees, but still be themselves. It is a Friday/Saturday seminar scheduled every November in Santa Rosa, California.
