Patient Communication Workshop

This program is for doctors, business managers and other front office employees involved in case presentation and financial arrangements with patients. If your office has had or will soon be having the Momentum Consulting Hygiene Module, you will also benefit from bringing your dental hygienists. The Momentum Patient Communication Workshop is 2 days of fun, but effective training that teaches the team how to work together to achieve successful communication with patients and to dramatically increase acceptance of recommended treatment. It is a Friday/Saturday seminar scheduled every February in Santa Rosa, California.

The agenda for the program will include:

• Background on Communication
• Use of the DiSC profile system
• The Chain of Communication with patients
• Advanced Case Presentation training including communication for non-surgical periodontal treatment
• How to train your own team in Effective Patient Communication

The course fees are $900 for the practice owner plus $50 for each attending team member.
